Privacy Policy

When you create a seller account, we collect:

• Your email and password (used only to sign you in);
• Your business name, category, phone number, and any bio or social links you add;
• Your logo and product photos;
• Your storefront customization choices (template, colors, sections you turn on or off);
• The custom domain you connect to your store, if you use one;
• Subscription and billing status (whether you are subscribed, and payment status) — actual card details are handled entirely by Dodo Payments, our payment provider; we never see or store them.

A customer does not need an account to shop. When placing an order, we collect what is needed to fulfil it: name, phone number, delivery area or address, and the items ordered. This is shared only with the specific seller the order was placed with — it is how they know what to prepare and where to send it. If the store delivers with Manaraa Driver, the customer is also asked for a full delivery address, and the order details are shared with the Manaraa driver so the order can be delivered. Customers are also given an anonymous, unlinked identity in the background so they can look up their own past orders later from the same browser, without creating a real account.

We do not sell your data to anyone. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. The only information stored in your browser is functional: your cart contents, dark mode/language preference, and a simple check to avoid inflating a store’s view count on repeat visits — none of it is used to track you across other sites.

Counting visits. To show sellers how many people visit their store, we count visits anonymously. For each visit we record a random ID that lasts only for the open browser tab, the page visited, the kind of device (phone, tablet or computer), the country, and roughly where the visitor came from (for example Instagram or a search). We do not store IP addresses or use cookies for this, and it is not linked to a person or an account.

Manaraa relies on a small number of trusted service providers to run the platform:

• a cloud database and sign-in provider, which stores account, seller, product, and order records in a data center in Saudi Arabia;
• an image hosting provider, which stores uploaded photos such as logos and product images;
• a website hosting provider, which serves the Manaraa website;
• an email delivery provider, which sends verification, password reset, and order emails;
• an AI translation provider, which receives text you choose to translate in the dashboard;
• Dodo Payments, which handles subscription billing as our payment provider and Merchant of Record.

Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security and privacy practices; we do not control their infrastructure directly but choose providers we trust with your information.

A seller’s storefront is, by design, public — anyone with the link can see the business name, logo, products, and prices a seller chooses to display. Do not put anything in your public store listing that you do not want publicly visible.

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your store from the dashboard, your products, orders, coupons, and other store records are permanently deleted along with your login — this cannot be undone.

You can review and edit most of your own information directly from your dashboard. You can delete your account and data at any time. If you would like a copy of your data, or have any other question about how it is handled, contact us at manaraa.support@gmail.com.

Manaraa is not intended for use by anyone under 18.

We may update this policy as the Service grows. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page.
