Terms of Service

Manaraa gives you the tools to build, customize, and run your own storefront: choose a template, add products, receive orders, and manage them from a dashboard. Manaraa is a software tool, not a marketplace — each store is independently run by its seller, and Manaraa is not a party to any sale between a seller and a customer. Payment collection (cash on delivery, Benefit Pay, or however a seller arranges it with their customers) happens directly between the seller and their customer; Manaraa does not process, hold, or guarantee those payments.

You need an account to create a store. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for everything that happens under your account. You must provide accurate information about your business and keep it up to date. You must be legally able to sell the goods you list — Manaraa does not verify this on your behalf.

Manaraa has two plans. Starter is free and includes the core tools for running a store, with limits on how much you can add (for example the number of products, collections and page sections). Pro is a paid plan with higher limits and extra features, such as your own domain, video, an announcement bar, order emails and invoices to your customers, and priority WhatsApp support. What each plan includes is shown on the pricing page and in your dashboard’s Billing tab, and may change over time.

Pro is billed monthly or yearly; the price is shown to you before you subscribe. Billing is handled by Dodo Payments, our payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record for your subscription — Dodo Payments collects payment, issues receipts, and handles VAT/tax where applicable. Your subscription renews automatically until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard’s Billing tab; cancelling stops future renewals, but refunds are not provided for the billing period already paid for.

If your Pro subscription ends or a payment fails, your store moves to the free Starter plan. Nothing is deleted, but Pro-only features stop working, and you cannot add more than Starter allows until you are back within its limits. Sellers whose store existed before Manaraa introduced paid plans keep free access, as a grandfathering arrangement — this does not apply to new sellers.

A Pro store can be shown on a domain you own, for example mybakery.com. You must own the domain or have the right to use it, and you connect it by adding the DNS records shown in your dashboard. Buying and renewing the domain, and keeping its DNS settings correct, is your responsibility — Manaraa does not sell domains. A custom domain works while your store is on Pro; on Starter it stops showing your store and visitors are sent to your manaraa.store address instead. You can disconnect it at any time, and we may remove a domain that is used in a way that breaks these Terms.

Manaraa Driver is an optional delivery service for stores that request it. It is available by approval, and we may pause or stop it for a store at any time. While it is on, delivery orders are sent to the Manaraa driver, your store asks customers for their full delivery address, and the delivery fee is set by Manaraa and shown to customers at checkout — you cannot change it during that time. The driver collects the customer’s cash payment on delivery; the order amount is settled with you separately from the delivery fee. Manaraa is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by things outside our reasonable control, such as a wrong address or a customer who cannot be reached.

You agree not to use Manaraa to:

• List or sell anything illegal under the laws of Bahrain, including counterfeit goods, weapons, or controlled substances;
• Mislead customers about what you are selling, your identity, or your business;
• Upload content that is abusive, discriminatory, or infringes someone else’s intellectual property;
• Attempt to disrupt, abuse, or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other sellers’ stores;
• Use the Service for spam, phishing, or any other fraudulent purpose.

We may suspend or remove a store that violates this section, with or without notice, depending on severity.

You keep ownership of the content you upload (product photos, descriptions, logo, business details). By uploading it, you give Manaraa permission to store and display it as part of running your storefront. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to use anything you upload.

You may delete your store at any time from your dashboard — this permanently removes your products, orders, coupons, and other store data, along with your login, and cannot be undone. We may suspend or terminate a store that breaches these Terms.

Manaraa is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. We work to keep the Service running reliably, but we do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. To the extent permitted by law, Manaraa is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including lost sales or lost data.

We may update these Terms from time to time as the Service grows. If we make a material change, we will update the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use Manaraa after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.
